Diane was my neighbor and best friend when we lived in Stambaugh Michigan when we were both 4 years old.

I just read Diane´s obituary now and am shocked. Too young. She was beautiful and so much fun. I have many good memories, playing and hanging out with her while growing up. especially the little swamp near her house. The world is certainly a little more boring without Diane. My sympathy to those who loved her.

Dear Jordan and Kailey, I´m so sorry for your loss! She was taken too soon. After reading the memories, it sounds like she was a character. I hope you find comfort in your family, including those two beautiful pups. Love you, Aunt Janelle

There are those who stick in your memory no matter how many years have passed and those you can't remember no matter how prompted. Diane - that fun live wire - will forever be in the former, batting a thousand with only good memories from White Pine. My deep condolences to those closest to her.

I have been so blessed to know Diane...only as growing up in White Pine. I always looked up to her as a big sister...my twin sisters Denise & Doris grew up with her. Diane asked me one evening if I wanted to go to church with them...to Ontonagon! I said sure...and that was when I excepted The Lord as my savior. That was so many years ago. I am so sorry for her family to be missing her. But know she is with The Lord!! Maybe her and Doris are having a chit-chat in heaven! Many blessings to her family and friends.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
Diane took my sister Doris and I to church where we fell in love with Jesus, and the family. I remember being invited to dinner often and sharing our private get away fort in the woods of the UP behind their house. We bonded during classes and cheerleading for years finding friendship and laughter. May the Lord give you peace during this difficult time of letting go. The halls of heaven will shine brighter as Diane enters. Love and prayers to the family!

My deepest sympathy to Diane's family. Diane and her family lived up the street from us in Stambaugh and then lived in White Pine where my sister lived. I ran into her several times in Green Bay through the years. She was always smiling and was always so kind. Prayers to all

Diane & Family arrived in town, when, late sixties, early 70's? This kid with the beautiful smile and the sassy ways, was there a boy from the of Class 78 that didn't crush on her at some point during our years together in school at White Pine?... A favorite memory, as freshman in High School, Mr Morins class, Diane & I causing mischief in class, then summoned to recite the poem, love is like a red red rose, by memory to each other in front of class, stumbling... my best Diane memory. A class of 47 or so, she was smart, funny, a good sport (as there was always practical jokes happening back and forth), a very good athlete and person. Gone too soon, she will be missed. To her family and friends, condolences from the Class of 78, and the Skoviak family, we are sorry for your loss of a daughter, sister, mother, spouse and our classmate. Best wishes.

Diane was my sister in-law. It is true Diane had a larger than life personality. She was full of fun and silliness. I will always remember and cherish my time with her through the years. She was a kindhearted soul and would do anything for you or anyone in need.
She will be missed.
Love her.
