Dear Bedford family, I was saddened to hear of Diane's death, and also of Terry's death. What waves of memories came as I pictured our times together in Mountain Lakes. I can picture your lovely home on the lake. I think I am correct in remembering that Diane and I shared a birthday - 3/21/48. You must miss her terribly.
You will be in my prayers,
Laurie Hughes Leach

What I remember about Dianne is the constant smile on her face and sparkle in her eyes. She had a presence about her that caused one to take notice whenever she entered a room. Dianne talked me into running for class president, an office I would not have won without her compelling and positive energy. While saddened by her death, I am grateful for having had the opportunity to know her. She was a kind and caring soul.
