On June 28, 2003, DIMITRIOS J. Jimmy (owner of Jimmys Seafood, Holabird Avenue); beloved husband of Foula Minadakis (nee Skevofilix); devoted father of Irene, John, Nick and Tony Minadakis; loving son of the late John and Kaliope Minadakis. Also survived by five brothers and two sisters. Friends may call at the CONNELLY FUNERAL HOME OF DUNDALK, P.A., 7110 Sollers Point Road, on Sunday and Monday from 3 until 8 P.M. Mr. Minadakis will lie in state in St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 520 S. Ponca Street, on Tuesday from 10:30 to 11 A.M. Funeral Services will begin at 11 A.M. Trisagion Services will be held at the funeral home on Monday 7:30 P.M. Interment Oak Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Nicholas Philoptochos to be donated in memory of Jimmy Minadakis, to his hometown church, Arkasa Karpathos, Greece.

Foula,
I hope you know how much Jimmy has meant to my Family. I haven't been able to be there very often after my Mom (Bernice) left for DE but you all have been in my prayers. Every time I walk in the Bar I expect to see Jimmy and my Dad (BOB TAYLOR) sitting at the end of the Bar drinking those shots they loved so much.
