51 Behold! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. 53 For this perishable body must put on the imperishable, and this mortal body must put on immortality. 54 When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written:
“Death is swallowed up in victory.”
55 “O death, where is your victory?
O death, where is your sting?”

Please forward this to Dollie’s daughter Lynette. I’m sorry for your loss—condolences to you and family. Your mother and my sister: Ms. Betty to you and Jeffrey, we’re actually best friends for many years. My sister had a stroke and Dollie had one. I was able to let them talk on the phone once and after that couldn’t reach your mom.
Yesterday, I had the feeling to check online and discovered your mom passed. My sister- Maggie (Betty Suggs) Whitted also passed on June 5, 2022. If you are so inclined, call me. My family knew of Dollie like as a family member. God’s blessings to you and family.

Whenever we think of Aunt Dollie we are reminded of the true meaning of wishing someone "Love & Light". She gave Love in all situations, even when she didn't feel well. She was very faithful and you could see her Light thru her faithfulness and the way she cared and prayed for others. Mom says she had a beautiful spirit from a youngster growing in the South to an adult flourishing in the North. Aunt Dollie was a true Mother, Sister, Aunt & Mentor to so many. We will miss her and her annual "Christmas Family Dinners of Love". Lynette, Jeffrey, and Family thank you for sharing her Light with us, may God be your Comforter, and may her memory live on in our hearts.

Ma Pinckney was the sweetest lady who could burn like no other. She was kind and loved the Lord. I appreciate how she treated me and had that spunky disposition. I will always remember how we laughed for hours. Keep a watch over your precious daughter Lynette and son Jeffrey. Take your rest until we meet again on that blissful shore.

Cousin Dollie was a treasure in our family. When she came down South to visit, we always enjoyed her company and sweet spirit. She was truly the life of the party, as she kept us laughing. She was my Mother's first cousin and I always enjoyed hearing stories about them growing up. Cousin Dollie whom we affectionately called Aunt Dollie, continued to keep in touch with my family after the death of my Mother in 2008. I had the pleasure of seeing her in June 2021 and I will keep the memories engraved in my heart. She will truly be missed. To her children, your Mother was the epitome of a Proverbs 31 Woman of God! To the extended families that she adopted, yes she talked about all of you, too, may happy memories sustain all of you during this difficult time and in days to come. Take comfort in knowing that to be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord. She's watching over us now.
