I love you Grammy and so sorry we didn´t make it down in time to see you. My favorite memory was living with Grandma and Grandpa in Florida Grandma always had Tupperware full of goodies and loved to cook she was the best.

I wanted to share that in the black and white photo in the strapless dress- Mom was a princess in the Strawberry Festival in WV. She rode on the float and got to do the princess wave and everything! And a couple of interesting facts: mom loved roller coasters and she always wanted to go skydiving. Nope- I did not inherit her adventurous nature.

Thank you for giving me the best gift you could give, your son Steve. Thank you for loving unconditionally and for all the countless FB chats in these past 5 years. Thank you for all the handmade items you made for our babies. And for teaching Moriah how to sew and make cookies, the many many times you babysat her while I was at the hospital with Caleb. And for all you and Del did for all of us. We will cherish those memories forever. We will miss you beyond measure. All the holidays we enjoyed with you and the goodies. It won't ever be the same without you. I for one am broken over this! You are in me and steves hearts daily. And we can't believe your gone! But, we know your resting in the arms of Jesus, which brings some comfort to me and Steve. Until we meet again Dolores. We love you so much!

Since childhood, I have always remembered Aunt Dolores as a very kind person. Of course I didn't know he well most of my adulthood, until I had the opportunity to get to know her the past few years on my visits to Florida. I am so very grateful to have had this time to get to know her and love her so dearly. She was certainly kind, as I had remembered, but also so funny with such a quick wit. What joy and light she brought to those around her and to this earthly world. I will remember her with great love and fondness.
