Dolores Cordrey Obituary
Dolores Cordrey, 92, passed away peacefully at home in the early morning of January 11, 2024, with her daughters by her side.
Dolores was preceded in death by her husband, William B. Cordrey; mother and father, Bertha and Gordon Metcalf; sister, Marjorie Metcalf; and three brothers, Paul (Janet) Metcalf, Guy (Gloria) Metcalf, and Don Metcalf.
She is survived by her daughters, Loretta (Steve) Cole of Jacksonville, FL, Lois Cordrey (Matevia) of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and Jennifer Cordrey (Landrum) of Marion; eight loving grandchildren, Joshua (Stormy) Cole, Adam (Heather) Cole, Katherine Matevia (Blessing) Majola, Barret Thomas Matevia, Zack (Hillary) Matevia, Tanner Matevia, Mitchell Landrum, and Zoe Landrum; and 13 great-grandchildren, Logan Cole, Ashlynn Cole, Doran Cole, Raegan Cole, Griffin Cole, Barret Thomas Matevia, II, Bantu Majola, Everett Matevia, Nandi Majola, Violet Matevia, Marin Matevia, Aria Landrum, and Emelia Matevia.
A graveside service is pending at the family's burial plot in Darrtown, Ohio.

Arrangements are entrusted to Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion, IN.

So sorry for the loss of your Mother. She was one of the great neighborhood Mom's in Sunnycreat so many years ago.
