Dolores (Schleis) Mountjoy

Green Bay - Malabar, FL - Dolores (Schleis) Mountjoy passed away peacefully in Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at her son's home. Dolores was born on June 6, 1927 on her parents farm near Stangelville to the late John F. and Theresa (Reinke) Schleis. After graduating from Kewaunee High School, she moved to Washington, D. C. and worked in the government. On December 23, 1950 she married John Mountjoy at St. Matthew's Cathedral, Washington, D.C.. She is survived by her three sons: John, Annendale, VA; Bill, Mason Neck, VA; and James (Jenny) Malabar, FL; her brother, John (Betty) Schleis; sister-in-law Evelyn Schleis, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John; her parents, her brother, Gilbert; her sister, Lorraine (Sheila) and brother-in-law, Al Kunesh.

Mass and funeral will be at a later date in Virginia and Arlington Cemetery.
