Mamma Talamini left a wonderful impression on my heart, although I only had the blessing of meeting her once. I know that her kind and caring personality will be missed, her love and vitality for her family and life itself will live on through her children and grandchildren. She was an amazing woman and I am so sorry for your loss. Much love and Baci, Brenda Igor and Alessia

OUR BEAUTIFUL ITALIAN ANGEL
BY CARLY SANBORN

You always had a way with words
Knowing just what to say
I hope that mine can do the same
To honor you today

As the oldest grandchild
You’ve been my Noni longest
Of anyone I’ve ever known
Your spirit was the strongest

Never thinking of yourself
Always taking care of others
A blessing to all who’ve known you
And the sweetest of grandmothers

Thoughtful, kind, and generous
You didn’t hesitate to give
So gentle, yet so strong
So talented and creative

The Alley Cat and holidays
A lifetime of memories
What I know I’m going to miss the most
Is your handmade recipes

The time we spent with Helen
The conversations that we’ve had
The countless ways you’ve touched my life
Leave me grateful and so glad

So glad you were my Noni
And for all you taught me too
You made this world a better place
Just by being you

Although you didn’t want to go
And it all seemed so unfair
God could wait no longer
For your delicious pumpkin squares

Our beautiful Italian angel
As you watch us from above
Know we are proud to be your family
And you are forever loved
