Dominic Miles Tenn, 69, of Lahaina, a retired Honolulu Fire Department firefighter, died in Straub Clinic and Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Constance, sons Dominic and Nicholas, daughters Nicole Eldridge and Naomi Tenn, brothers Donald Waialae and Sherman Tenn, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Church of Latter-Day Saints, Kailua. Call after 9 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park, firefighter section. Additional information for an obituary printed yesterday.
