Don Bosseler

My condolences.

My Dad was a UM graduate and started taking me to games when I was 4. Don Bosseler was my first real sports hero. I wore his number. I followed his every move. When as an adult I had the chance to meet him, I told him this. I don't know who was more embarrassed--him or me. He was so charming, so flattered, and so nice to me. It's a special moment that I have always remembered. My condolences to the Bosseler family.

My deepest condolences to Marcia and her family. Don will certainly be missed by his family, friends and my Alma mater family, University of Miami. Rest in Peace.

Marcia, my deepest sympathy for you and your family. May the strong love and good memories you all shared with Don be remembered in your hearts and bring you comfort as you go forward.

I will always remember Don as a gentleman and how he loved his wife, Marcia! He always remembered who I was, even if he may not have-he never let on. He will be missed dearly.
