I thank God for the opportunity to meet such a gentle spirit. The 1st time we met, he offered a fruit tree for me to take home. My 2nd visit, he baked the best Salmon ever! He made me welcome in his home. Thank you Uncle Frank...you will be missed.

I am so sorry I cannot be there at the service to honor Mr. Rubia. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. I feel very blessed that he was a presence in my life for so long growing up. He will be dearly missed. My deepest condolences.
