Donald Donahue Obituary
He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, retiring as a Staff Sergeant. His favorite thing was to ride his new Harley-Davidson with his son on back and enjoyed going to the Big Boyd Lake in Lagrange with his son.
In addition to his father of Island Falls, his is survived by his wife of 37 years, Shirley (Sanders) Donahue; a son, Donald J. Donahue Jr.; daughter, Chelsea Sanders, all of Rochester N.H.; 2 sisters, Wanda and Paul Cicri of Tuckerton, N.J., and Susan Donahue of Island Falls; in-laws, Gail and Mike Marshall of Houlton, Belinda Sanders of Ohio, Jessica and John Drew of Ashland, and John Sanders of Limestone.
Friends may call 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, February 18, at Bowers Funeral Home, 10 Water Street, Houlton, where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. on Thursday with the Rev. Sterling Lawrence officiating. A spring interment will be in the Oakfield Cemetery. For an online guest book and to leave condolences, please visit www.bowersfuneral.com.
