Dear Mrs. Frueh and family. Don will be missed not just by his family and friends but also by the people that worked with him through out his career. at a young age, he achieved so much and became a leader in the banking industry. There are so many people including myself that will remember him for recognizing our strengths and helping us in our career paths. Don put me in real estate originating loans. I had no knowledge of residential mortgages but he believed in me and put me there. I met his expectations on the job and did it well. I actually loved the job but had to leave due to mergers. Don has guided many lenders to achieve success in the industry like he did. Don has left behind a great legacy. His nurturing caring ways that helped so many achieve success will not be forgotten. Don was a caring person that loved his family very much. May God bless you and your family with extra strength during this difficult time. May your smiles erase you sadness in time with all of the wonderful memories you shared with him God Bless Betty
