He is preceded in death by his parents, Don and Sue Phillips; grandparents, M.C. Phillips, Carrie Carlisle, Lela Herrington and Hamp Herrington. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Kim and Roland Popham of Corrigan; niece, Dorothy Popham; aunt, Nell Phillips of Garrison; cousins, Danny and Belinda Phillips of Garrison, Blake and Casey Phillips of Garrison and Debby Mosher of Nacogdoches and many, many special friends. So sorry about Keith.. You have many beautiful memories of your life together. Cherish those memories. Had to work both Fri. and Sat., so I was unable to attend.
