DONALD SIVICK Obituary
DONALD A., JR. M.D., age 55 of Chestnut Hill, on January 29, 2014. Survived by his wife of 31 years Kim (nee Peoples) Sivick, sons, Donald A. III (Lottie), Andrew M. and Thomas J. Also survived by his father Donald A. Sivick Sr., brothers Albert (Ellen) of Haymarket VA, Robert of Grand Island, NE, Edward (Meredith) of Herndon VA, and Joseph (Donna) of Bear, DE. Predeceased by his mother Eleanor. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2014 at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 22 E. Chestnut Hill Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19118. Family will receive visitors at 10 A.M., Service at 11 A.M., reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Temple University School of Medicine. Dr.Sivick took excellent care of me at Trevose Surgery Center! Dr.Don always got my I.V.s on the 1st stick! I will miss him. He was a great doctor & a caring man.
