DONNA HAGERTY Obituary
58, of Export, formerly of Penn Hills, passed away peacefully Thursday, August 22, 2013, in John J. Kane Regional Center, Ross Twp. She was born June 12, 1955, in Wilkinsburg, a beloved daughter of the late Russell Darwin and Emma (Soltes) Hagerty. Donna was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She was employed as a pieceworker by Milestone Enterprise for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in Monroeville, PA. She was Catholic by faith and a member of Shining Arrow. Donna will be dearly missed and is survived by her loving family, her brother, Thomas I. Hagerty and his wife, Georgiann of Ocala, Florida; sister, Eileen E. (Hagerty) Wilkie and her husband, Allen of Fishers, Indiana; brother, Kenneth J. Hagerty of Monroeville; and nieces and nephews. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, September 21, 2013, at the VAIA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 463 Athena Drive, Delmont, (724) 468-1177, where a Memorial Service for Donna will be conducted at 2 p.m., immediately following the gathering, with Father Joseph Bonafed of St. John Baptist de la Salle Catholic Church, Delmont, officiating. Private inurnment will be in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Donna's memory may be made to Milestone Enterprise, c/o Milestone Centers Inc., 510 Seco Road, Monroeville, PA 15146.
