Donna Pike Obituary
Donna Jean Pike, age 72, passed into the presence of the Lord June 1, 2013, at home in Tallahassee, Florida.
Donna graduated salutatorian from Stanton High School in 1958. Donna was married to Larry Pike on June 17, 1961. She was a devoted mother and loved to sew, cook, can and freeze garden produce. Her latest passion was quilting. With her ability to work with children and play the piano she served the church alongside her pastor husband.
Donna was preceded in death by her father, Urias Martin and mother, Doris Irene Martin; two daughters, Robin and Melissa; and sister, Karen Allen.
Donna is survived by daughter, Sonya and Nathan Fuller; three sons, Trevor and Amy Pike, Michael and Karen Pike and Matthew and friend Casey Longstreet; daughter, Keshia and Bram Call; two brothers, Floyd and Nancy Martin and Larry and Crystal Martin; life-long friend, Melva and Don Zerba; plus twelve grandchildren.

Larry & Kids: Life is filled with tears, tears of joy. . .tears of sorrow. Tears that fulfill. . .tears that cleanse. I know that right now is a time of sorrow. . .but soon enough Christ has promised "no more tears" Take comfort in knowing that the day of no more tears is coming.
I remember when Karen died that it felt like a door opening and closing and I felt for just a second a heavenly breeze. It gave me great comfort. There is so much more to life than living. Take comfort in the fact that time is finite and eternity is forever. . . See you soon. . .May Christ shelter you in his everlasting arms. These photos are a beautiful story of a life well lived.
