Donna Michelle Preston-Bell, 63, of Roanoke, VA, departed this life on Monday, February 6, 2023. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, February 17, 2023, at Hamlar-Curtis Funeral Home & Crematory. Live Streaming will be available from the Hamlar-Curtis website.
