Donna Marie Bladis Rosenski, 53, the daughter of the late Robert and Gloria Bladis, also of Mountainside, passed away on March 18, 2010, at Overlook Hospital in Summit, after a battle with cancer. A celebration of her life will held on Wednesday, March 24, 2010, at 10 a.m., when a Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at Our Lady of Lourdes R.C. Church in Mountainside. Interment follows at St. Teresa's Cemetery in Summit. Friends may call on Monday from 7 to 9 p.m., and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Higgins and Bonner Echo Lake Funeral Home, 582 Springfield Ave., Westfield. Donna was born on April 18, 1956, in Newark, then grew up in Union, and finally resided in Mountainside, where the family owned Atlantic Metal Products, a sheet metal factory in Springfield. Donna was a loving mother, wife, sister, and friend, who cherished life and her family, taking advantage of the little things in life, as well as the big, and always looking to the future with a smile. Donna leaves to cherish her memory, her devoted husband, John Rosenski; two loving daughters, Nicole Rosenski, and Melissa Rosenski; her remaining brother, Richard Bladis, and his two sons, Christopher, and Jason Bladis. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the 3AB Oncology Fund, Overlook Hospital Foundation, 36 Upper Overlook Rd., P.O. Box 220, Summit, N.J. 07902, www.overlookfoundation.org.

Dear John, Nicole,Melissa and Richie,
I want to first appologize for not being able to attend the services for Donna.
Michael and I send out deepest sympathies to you all! You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
May God bless Donna, she was a wonderful loving wife, mother, sister!
We will always remember what a wonderful cousin she was!

I am so sorry and devastated by the loss of our beloved Donna, my lifelong and dearest friend. I will always cherish all the memories we shared growing up and throughout our adult lives.
