SCHIFF

Donna Labbe, age 69, died on April 6, 2015. Born on November 29, 1945, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Raymond and Thelma (Schmarr) Labbe. She was an extraordinary mother, grandmother, wife, sister, friend and guardian angel to many. She is deeply missed by her children: Lauren and Frank Fernandez, Sally and David Park, and Julia Schiff; grandchildren: Ella Fernandez, Benjamin Fernandez, Evelyn Park, and Sofia Fernandez; ex-husband Tom Schiff; eight beloved siblings; in-laws she considered as her own brothers and sisters; numerous nieces and nephews; and two generations of the Cousin Club. She embraced everyone and everything with a full heart and open arms. Visitation will be held at Gwen Mooney Funeral Home at Spring Grove on Friday, April 10th, at 3:30pm followed by a service at 4:30pm. As this will be a celebration of her life, Donna requested attendees needn't wear black. In lieu of flowers, please contribute to an organization of your choice that benefits children

I feel blessed to have known your mother. She was always such a positive person, even as a young girl. I went to grade school with her and was fortunate to see her periodically in recent years. She never lost her joy for life.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family. Unfortunately, I cannot attend the services for Donna because of a family commitment, but I will be thinking of you all as you celebrate her. So sorry to hear of Donnas passing, I washed windows and cleaned carpets for her at Glen Lake. Such a wonderful person, always looked forward to seeing her in the spring/summer.
