She was my teacher at BOCES on the Hofstra campus in 2003. I would always think about her randomly. I sat with her from September threw June. She was awesome, she would talk about her childhood in the Bronx and how she was the only Jewish girl in her area and her parents wanted to pick a name to make her fit in with all the Italian girls so they picked Donna. She loved her Acura and her Marlboros, she was so cool and really street smart. Wow all these years later and I randomly googled her name. RIP Donna talking with you made my miserable senior year not that bad.
