Donna Wermuth Obituary
Donna Marie Wermuth passed away unexpectedly at her home, on Sunday, May 8, 2022 at the age of 67.
Born in Philadelphia, the daughter of Catherine (Orenburg) Robbins and the late Charles Robbins, she was raised in Ticonderoga, NY and moved back to Philly in 1970.
Donna loved cooking, camping, and painting. She enjoyed the shore and the mountains, gardening and fishing. She also took great pleasure in woodworking and photography.
Above all the things she enjoyed, the most important, was being a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother.
Beloved wife of nearly 49 years to David, Mrs. Wermuth is the loving mother of David Wermuth Jr. (Rose), Dawn Cook (Wayne), Daniel Wermuth (Daria) and Diane McCallion (Michael); and devoted Mom Mom of David III, Jolene, Aaron, Justin, Kaiden, Ava, Amber, Kevron, Bella Rose and Chase.
She will also be sadly missed by her 3 sisters and 3 brothers; and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Donna was preceded in death by her father, Charles Robbins; brother, John; and sister, Glenda.
Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, May 14, 2022 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, where her funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm. Interment will be held privately.

Donna was a wonderful and caring person. She always put others before herself. I was fortunate to know Donna for a long time. I worked with Donna for a long time. She was really great at her job and cared for everyone as they were her own family. I wanted to tell the family you r in my prayers everyday and I am so sorry for your loss. Dear Dave and Family, I am truly sorry for your loss and offer my condolences to you and your family. I worked with Donna for many years at Wood River Village as her Charge Nurse. She was loved and liked by so many residents and staff and was such a pleasure to work with her. She will surely be missed. May her legacy and example to all be carried on by her family and friends. Diane and family,
We are so very sorry to hear of your mom's passing. We will always remember her fondly. Donna always greeted us with her beautiful smile and a warm hello during our walks down Granite Road over 20 years ago when our kids were just babies. She will be missed by all who are lucky enough to have known her. May the memories of your mom help guide you through these difficult times.
