Dora Kleiner Obituary

Kleiner, Dora Was born on May 10, 1922 in Sosnowiec, Poland, the youngest of Morris and Brandel Greenblatt's five children. She survived the Sosnoweic Ghetto, and was in the Arnau and Benstow slave labor camps from 1941 to 1945 now in the Czech Republic. She came to the U.S. in 1949 and settled in Peoria, Illinois, where she lived for 52 years with her husband, Joseph, until moving to St. Louis Park, MN in 2001. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Morris and Sally Kleiner of Edina, MN; grandchildren, Bari (Eytan) Elias of Netanya, Israel, Samuel (Yifat) Kleiner of Ithaca, New York, and Ellen (Ben) Weinstein of Seattle, Washington, and great- grandchildren Yoav, Odeya, and Asaf Elias and Hila Kleiner. Special thanks to Larisa Krutanova and the staff of Sholom Home West. Graveside services TUESDAY (TODAY) 4 PM, BETH EL MEMORIAL PARK, 38th & Winnetka Ave. No., Crystal.
