She survived by her children, Tiffany (Donald) Sanders. Rhesa Pointer, Dwan (Christopher) Whitfield, and Christopher Pointer. Her mother, Geraldine Hurts. Five sisters, Seven brothers, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, Willie Lane, Father, Morris Pointer, Sr., and her brother, Morris Pointer, Jr.
