Sheryl, "Douglasson" will be well missed by all of us I am sure. My thoughts and prayers are with both of you. I happened to be visiting in Fla. at the time and received the news just prior to returning to St.Thomas. My regards to both families in these sad times. I will always remember the great man that he is and of course the many wonderful memories our friendship brought! Love and Strength - Vanessa

It's so hard to imagine life without the Road Dog- he and I have shared so many great times and a lot of laughs and I could always count on him to be there. There was never a more loyal or trustworthy friend and he would never let his friends down. He always had my back, and I will never forget him. We'll all be telling stories about Doug for years to come and toasting him every new years eve for life. Long live the Dog- may he ride forever. PS- ain't no helmets in heaven!
