My sincere sympathies - very sad news as I had tried to contact Doug just to touch base (during this past year) and say hello from a friend. I had located a number but did not leave a message as I wasn't sure it was a correct one. Doug and I hung out a bit back in the 70's in our Grande Prairie days when he was living and working there. We shared laughs with the golf and fishing episodes. I had also met Joanne and Rick when they came out one summer. I went winter golfing yesterday and I still use the (now a very old) putter that Doug gave me. A good memory to hold onto when I'm trying to get that ball in the hole! Rest in peace....
