Doug was my friend in high school... he made me laugh. Several of us shared a home as roommates for a while after high school as well.
Doug was a kind and gentle soul.
I think of him often years later, I cannot imagine the hole his family must have in their heart
So sorry for your great loss

Marianne and family,
We are so sad to hear about your brother. Losing family is difficult and his passing seems too soon. May you find comfort from God, family and friends. We are thinking about you.

Dear Family, I was sad to see that Doug had passed away, but I am sure his parents were happy to see him. I always remember when his Mom started working at the bank and Doug and his dad would come and pick her up. Doug would always get out and open the door for her - I was so impressed because he was a young man. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

I know that Doug was a gentle soul who loved his family unconditionally. It was always a joy to see him. He was so good to his aging parents. May his family find peace in knowing he is with them.

Dear Nielsen family,
My heart goes out to you @ Doug's passing. What a sad time. I worked in H.R.@ Lefavor Envelope & considered Doug a good friend. May the Lord's peace be with you.
Sincerely, Bev Taylor (BT)

Dear Family,
I'm so sorry to hear about Doug. I'm sure his Mom and Dad were happy to see him. I remember when your Mom came to work at the bank, he and Dick would pick her up, and he always got out and opened her door for her. I was very impressed because he was such a young boy. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.
