Dear Doug's Family,

I was away for 3 weeks and just returned home to hear of the very ,very sad news about the loss of Doug.

Doug was a year ahead of me in high school and we were good friends. He has also been taking care of carpenter ants in my home for YEARS! Every spring I would call Doug to do his exterminating magic. What a relief to not have 100's of ants marching in my kitchen. Last fall he and Todd caught the flying squirrel that had nestled into my pocket book and then flew out as I picked it up. Again, what a relief to have Doug come to the rescue.

Doug was a great guy, happy to help and with the best sense of humor!

I will really miss him and I send my very deepest sympathy to you all.

Sorry to hear of Doug's passing. He and I were classmates and buddies at DHS. Even though losing contact over the years, I always look for the house on Littleworth Rd when passing by whenever I'm in town.

There is a human bond that connects us all. It may be like a delicate thread, but in special times like these, it becomes like a line of steel that helps to bind us, one to another.

This strand makes our sorrows more bearable. Doug, I know, will be missed by his family and his friends. I wanted you to know that he will be missed by me as well. The thread of the bond that we created in just those few days is with me and I hope to only have offfered you some comfort - knowing that I care.

I cannot make it this evening but please know that I am thinking of you and your family. In the days ahead I wish you strengh and courage. Love, Ronnie

We were so sorry to hear of Doug's death. We have had him to our home a number of times over the years and he was always very professional and helpful. We would trust him over any exterminator in the Seacoast. He will be missed.
