It Never Rains (In Southern California) is my favorite ballad song of all time. I still listen to it. It has a special meaning to me and I appreciate his music and lyrics. I recall meeting D´wight Wiggins at a promotional party in Atlanta , Georgia in the 90´s. My friend , Ruth Boykin and Ii
Pressed by he and his associates down to earth personalities as well as their talents.

I worked with D´Wayne Wiggins back in the day at the Bank of America Data Center! He was, even then, ALL ABOUT THE MUSIC! He had a great attitude, was friendly and outgoing and was an all around great guy. So sorry to hear of his passing!
