News Death Notice
ALLISS, Dylan Todd "Dill Pickle" age 12, of Madison Twp., passed away Monday, November 5, 2012 at Children's Medical Center. He was born September 28, 2000 in Kettering, OH to Jeremy Alliss and April Trusty-Allis. He was a student at Madison School. Dylan was proud to be a scholar athlete, maintaining straight A's while playing football and wrestling. He was also in the student council. He is preceded in death by his brother, Jonathon Alliss; paternal grandfather, Albert H. Alliss; maternal great-grandparents, Charles Trusty, Lena Mae Smith. Dylan is survived by his parents, Jeremy and Kimberly Alliss; and his mother, April Trusty-Alliss; brothers, Dawsen Alliss, Zachary Tyson; paternal grandparents, Julieanne Acord-Alliss, Judy (Rich) Burton, Edward Leonard; maternal grandparents, Lesa Trusty, Tony (Barb) Watkins and also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A visitation will be held Friday, November 9, 2012 from 4:00-8:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Trenton, 305 Cypress Avenue, Trenton, OH 45067. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, November 10, 2012 at 11:00 am with Pastor Gregory L. Cox officiating. Interment will be at Heritage Hills Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to a memorial fund in Dylan's memory at any 5/3rd bank. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.bakerstevensparamore.com.

I didn't know Dylan but my granddaughter went to school with him.she said he was a very nice kid.Mykayla talked about him a lot. I am so sorry for your lose.

I didn't know Dylan, but I got to a bit reading all the wonderful things people have written about him. Oh how my heart aches for you. I walked in your shoes, and am still walking. Someone said it best, at least he is with our Lord and Savior, and he has gone home. He will always be happy and healthy and never have a moment of angst again. Please know that I am so sorry for your loss, and you and your family will be in my prayers. I am still looking for that lost ray of sun, and it's been 10 years. You never get over it but you learn to live without him. You are not alone, and Dylan is with you all the time. He is your angel as someone said. God bless you.
