Dylan T. O'Connell, age 25, a resident of Naperville, IL since 1998, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 11, 2018. He was born December 21, 1992 in Park Ridge, IL. Beloved son of Sandra L., nee Sikorski (fiancé, Brian Graves) O'Connell of Plainfield, IL and the late Thomas D. O'Connell; loving brother of Paige A. O'Connell of Naperville, adored grandson of Virginia (the late Joe) Mulrooney of Plainfield and Donald Sikorski of Des Plaines, IL; Sharon O'Connell of Skokie, IL and Thomas O'Connell of Virginia, dear nephew of Donna and Kevin O'Connor of Gurnee, IL and David O'Connell of Skokie, fond cousin of Kristen, Sean and Declan O'Connor, friend of many. Dylan grew up in Itasca, IL and moved to Naperville with his family in 1998. He attended Mill Street Elementary School, Jefferson Junior High School and was a 2011 graduate of Naperville North High School. Dylan was currently taking classes to become a welder at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, IL. He was a member of SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Naperville and enjoyed skateboarding, gaming and watching Netflix movies. Memorial Visitation Sunday, January 21, 2018, 1:00-6:00 PM at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 44 S. Mill St., Naperville. I never met DYLAN and only knew him through the deep love his grandmother Sharon had for him.
