Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Phipps, of Fouke, AR; sons, Michael Phipps and David Phipps both of Fouke, AR; daughter and son-in-law, April and Eddie Thomas of Genoa, AR; 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
No services are scheduled at this time. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
