Earline and I met in junior high school (Langley, grades 7-12). We became very close throughout the years. I will always remember her pleasant smile, her easy disposition. I sometimes called her "Earl the pearl".There is so much that I could say, so I hold the memories close to my heart. Boy, already a year has passed close to two years. I didn't live far from Earline when she lived in Penn Hills, so in the mornings I would be at the bus stop waiting for the bus and she would drive down Verona Road on her way to work, and yell "hey Free". We were going in to work in different directions. Miss that! So many memories of my dear friend. I will forever cherish them. Love her dearly. My friend.

My sincere condolences to the Brockington family. I worked with and sat next to Earline for two years at PNC and she was a true original. She was always smiling, always laughing (even at my stupid jokes) and her positivity was infectious to everyone around her. As someone starting out with my first full-time job after college, I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. She had such a great approach to life and I learned a lot from her. She will be sorely missed but definitely not forgotten.

I worked with Earline at PNC Bank. We shared the pain of losing our sisters a few weeks apart and tried to comfort each other thru this terrible time. I really liked her as a person. We had some much fun together every day as she sat behind me. I am so sorry I did not come to say good-bye, but I was looking under the wrong name. I will never forget her and the fun times wwe had together. She used to call me Lucy (Ball) and I will bet she is laughing at me right now. Will never forget you.

My Sincere Sympathy to the Brockington Family in the loss of your loved one "Earline" she was truly a joy, blessed soul that God put on this earth to touch many lives. I will always remember her bright smile, joy and excitement, that was such a radiant light where ever you would encounter her. I had the pleasure of working with her at Cell One, AT&T, and last but not least at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church. Although she is gone, she will truly be missed, and I will always reflect on many memories, conversations we shared, that I will hold in my heart. "Rest In Peace - Earline"

Earl, as we loving called her was an absolute delight. I can hear her voice signing "Good Morning Coach C" to me as I walked past her desk each morning. I'll miss the positive vibes that Earl so easily distributed, and her words of encouragement through my tough times. Her compliments for me and my handsome, respectful young babies as she referred to my two small sons. Earl was the epitome of class and reminded me each day while she worked at PNC how to allow God's light to shine on and through you. I'll miss her guidance, her laugh, and the way she would put her hands up shaking them when she got excited about something. Earline is truly one of a kind. I am so very blessed to have had her in my life. I know we are all God's children, and we belong to him but I wish he would have allowed me to hold on a little more longer to Earl. I still have more to milestones to make that I need to share with her. I'll miss my friend.
Keep Calm and Carry on Earl!
Love you always,
Clairissa C. Hicks aka Coach C
