Eddie ING Obituary
Passed away peacefully in his sleep on December 26, 2017 after doing what he loved to do, spending time with family. Beloved husband of Betty for 67 years. Dear and cherished father of Dr. Gary Ing (Grace) and Dan Ing (Toronto, ON). Proud and loving grandfather of Christopher (Amy), Pamela Stemmer (Andrew), Cynthia Martin (James) and Jeremy and great-grandfather of Eoin and Carina. Eddie was the long-time proprietor of Ruby's Eatery and Ing's Restaurant both in Windsor. He served loyally for many years as the President of the Chinese Benevolent Association in Windsor. He will be sadly missed by the customers, clients, families and friends whose lives he has touched throughout the years. Resting at the

on Friday from 4-7 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Victoria Memorial Gardens.
