We enjoyed knowing Edith, whom we met by accident, when she rented our apartment for the Masters' Golf Tournament.
She was a lovely lady!

Edith was one of our favorite ladies. We feel as if it is the end of an era with her passing. It was always a treat to have her and the family come to the Masters and stay with us. We will miss her.

To all of the family with sincere love and concern...Your mother was one of the few "southern ladies" I have ever met. She never forgot me, and was always so kind to me. I will miss her very much. My last visit with her was such a joy. Thank you all for sharing such a wonderful lady with so many. Love and Prayers, Penny Pizzoli Rayfield Ephesisans 6:10

Gil and I just arrived home from a 3 week vacation. We were told that Edith had passed while gone. It made us sad but we also know that she definitely went to heaven. We will miss her. She sang in the Resureection Choir with me.Sincerely, Betsy Durkee

We are saddened at the loss of Edith, & know she will be greatly missed. Hers was a life well lived. But we rejoice for her, that she is free from earthly limitations & illness. She was a vibrant, kind & accomplished lady and a good friend. We pray God's comfort for you all.

My mom, Ida Caldwell Harbin, passed away in 2001. She worked for Mr Gallagher and Mr. Baugh and always spoke so fondly of both families. God bless you all.

Edith was an inspiration to all who knew her. With Edith behind you there was no mountain too high or valley too low. We loved her and we continue to pray for her each evening during our family Rosary. Love the Thierfelders.

You will be greatly missed. Brian and I have spoken with the children about, albeit the loss is saddening, we should celebrate your life and your accomplishments. In the short time that I have known you, you have impacted my charachter a great deal. Your demeanor was strong, firm and loving at the same time. You have created and held together a wonderful family, as a superior Matriarch, that I am proud to be a part of. Thank you Big MiMi for everything.
