Edith H. Freeman

Ahh Edith Freeman. I am one of the many fortunate docents of the FAMSF (class of 2011) who was blessed with your knowledge and spirit and light. A sharp mind, a kind heart, a high standard of excellence. Rest in peace. You are in our hearts.

Edith was also a psychologist who helped others for many years in her professional life. Her sensitivity, insights, and love for people and art I will remember.

Edith, it was your warmth that welcomed me to the docent program, your mentorship that helped our colleagues through peer review, and your depth that shone through everything you did. I am fortunate that our lives intersected even for a few years. My deepest condolences to the family.
