Edith Greco

Edith Marie Hill Greco, a resident of Hammond, passed away on February 14, 2016 at her home in Hammond, surrounded by her family. She was born November 22, 1940 in Springfield, LA. Mrs. Greco is survived by her husband of 59 years, Peter A. Greco; her children, daughters, Kim Greco Richardson and husband Doug, Roxann Greco LaLa and husband Sal and a son, Steven Melvin Greco; five grandchildren; Jason Bush, Larry Macaluso III, Jordan Latino, Cody Latino and Danielle Greco; five great grandchildren; Colton Bush, Presley Macaluso, Brylee Latino, Jacob Greco and Madison Greco. She is preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Pearl Hill Lee; brother James Hill and sister Ruby Hill Wells. She was taken on Valentine's Day because of the great love she had in her heart for her family and will forever be loved and missed by all those who knew and loved her. Visitation will be held at Harry McKneely & Son, at 2000 N. Morrison Blvd., Hammond, LA on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 from 5:00pm-9:00pm. Visitation will resume on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at Harry McKneely & Son in Hammond from 9:00am until service time of 12:00pm. Interment will immediately follow at Rose Memorial Cemetery in Hammond, LA.
