KNIGHT, Edith Marie (nee Tofflemire) Passed away peacefully on February 1, 2007 at her residence in Kingsville at the age of 77. Predeceased by her husband Gordon (1994) and by her parents, Edwin and Laura (Paine) Tofflemire. Loving mother of Ray and Rosalind Knight and Ralph Knight. Dearest grandma to Cory, Andrew, Allison, and Lauren Knight. Dear sister to Laura Collison (Jack), the late Donald Tofflemire (Evelyn), Roy Tofflemire (Linda), Raymond Tofflemire, and the late Irene Wigle (Gary). Lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Edith was a member of the Independent Order of Oddfellows (Rebekah). She enjoyed playing bingo with her friends, was talented at knitting and sewing, and was very proud of her children and grandchildren. She was a small woman with a big heart and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Resting at the C. Stuart Sykes Funeral Home , 91 Division St. S. Kingsville. Visiting Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral service from the Funeral Home on Monday at 11 a.m., Rev. Colin Swann officiating. Interment in Greenhill Cemetery, Kingsville. If desired, donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
