Edith Sharon LeBlond

Marietta - Edith Sharon LeBlond, 72, passed away Thursday December 12th, 2024 while in Marietta, Georgia. She was born on June 4th, 1952 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Ralph B. and Dixie Coleman Hicks. In 1986 she married Lewis Morrow "Kip" LeBlond, and together they raised their two daughters, Kathleen Minor LeBlond, esq. and Dr. Elizabeth Irene LeBlond. Mrs. LeBlond was a graduate of University of Cincinnati, and a member of Mensa. Mrs. LeBlond worked for Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, helped improve the Super Saturday Program for gifted children, and was a board member of the Human Growth Foundation for many years. Sharon is survived by her daughters, Kathleen "Katy" LeBlond Maddux (Alex), and Elizabeth LeBlond; her sister Judith Muehlenhard; nieces and nephews whom she adored, and countless friends.
