Eduardo nacio Octubre 13, 1928 en Guira de Melena, Cuba y fue precedido en muerte por sus padres Domingo y Feliciana Gonzalez. El dia Julio 17, 1953 se caso con Julia Celica Lopez en Guira de Melena, Cuba.
El dia Febrero 22, 1968, Eduardo, Julia y su hija Maria emigraron a los Estados Unidos donde nacio su hijo Leonel. Eduardo se hizo ciudadano de los Estados Unidos Junio 4, 1996.
Eduardo es sobrevivido por su esposa Julia con la cual estuvo casado por 64 anos, su hija Maria y esposo Antonio Fernandez de Pembroke Pines, Florida, y su hijo Leonel Gonzalez y esposa Trina de Kettering, Ohio y sus seis nietos: Brian Fernandez y prometida Michelle Wong de Davie, Florida, Kayla Fernandez y prometido Ryan Specie, de Orlando, Florida and Noah, Ian, Connor and Joshua Gonzalez of Kettering, Ohio.
