Edward CUMMINGS Obituary
Edward Carl Cummings, 53, of Manassas, Virginia passed away March 16th, 2009, at Georgetown University Hospital.
Born June 21st, 1955 in San Bernardino, California, he was the son of Vance and Emma Mason Cummings.
He was preceded in death by both his parents. Survivors include one son, Jedidiah Michael Cummings of Virginia; three brothers, George Cummings of Nokesville, VA, Scott and Steven Cummings of Washington; and his partner of over ten years, Donna Higgs of Manassas, VA.
At Mr. Cummings' request, there will be no public visitation or funeral service. Interment will be private and at a later date.
Memorial contributions may take the form of a donation to the charity of your choice.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Baker-Post Funeral Home and Cremation Center, under the direction of Michael Post. Please sign the guestbook at www.bakerpostfh.com.

The best Father in the world!!! "Dad I love and miss u, sorry I was such a bad son growing up. Now I know what you ment when you would say "This hurts me more then it hurts you". Dad I love and miss you so much... thank you for the way you raised me, taught me, showed me. I wish you could have met you grandson Javon Edward Cummings. "We" love you DAD.
