Ed was a very nice and modest man. He was a customer of our company and if he hadn't been on the news, some of us would never have known his accomplishments. I always kidded him about being our local celebrity and he would just laugh. He will be greatly missed.

The staff and patients of Shriners Hospitals for Children/Twin Cities would like to express our sympathy. Ed was truly an inspiration to all of us here at the hospital. We were so fortunate to have him be a part of our first camp for children with limb deficiencies this past summer. He was a wonderful role model for everyone, and will be greatly missed.
