We will not be able to attend the service.I will miss his sage advice and council during my years at the hospital.I will also miss getting my red sox fix.His passing leaves a void on cape cod and in our lives.

Meeting Mr. McLaughlin, even at my father's advanced age, was a highlight of his life. As he said while he painted Paul's picture "this was a fine fine boy". My Dad talked often of the "boys' night out" that he and Mr. McLaughlin had after they had become friends through the portrait. It was one of last really "fun" nights that Daddy had. Thank you. I hope they're lifting a couple in heaven. Liz Kurkjian-Henry, mum Rosella, sister Karolyn, brother Stephen, husbands Jack Henry, Ralph Jones and family.
