THOMAS MCMULLEN, Jr., 92
LAKELAND - Mr. Edward T. McMullen, Jr. passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2018. He was born in Boston, MA. Edward was formerly with the Massachusetts Maritime / Merchant Marine Division before joining the United States Navy, serving in the Korean Conflict. He retired as a senior sales engineer for Federal Mogul-National Seal, then moved to Florida from Hudson, IA 26 years ago. Edward was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lakeland.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Barbara; son, Robert McMullen of Gardner, KS; grandsons, Brant, Kyle and Evan Mc-Mullen; 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday, 9:00 - 10:00am at St Joseph Catholic Church, 210 W. Lemon St., Lakeland, FL. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00am. Interment with military honors will follow at Florida National Cemetery at 1:00pm. Arrangements by Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home at Serenity Gardens.

He was a wonderful man. Loved to travel and share his adventures. He lived a very long and full life. He had a memory like no other! Especially when it came to directions! Could go anywhere one time and never forget how to get there again! He will always have a special place in my heart.
