I am deeply sorry for your loss. Jack was a good man who fought this terrible disease as valiantly as anybody. Know that he is in a better place, free of the pain and finally swinging that golf club as smooth as a Pro again. Im very happy to have known Jack, and even happier that my boys are privileged enough to call him their Poppy. He will always be with you, that I truly believe. Aunt Anette, I am so sorry to hear about Uncle Jack.Whenever I think of him i cant help but laugh. Sorry to hear about ol' Jack's passing. We joined the Marines together in June of '61 and had a great time on the 21 hour train ride to Parris Island. Over the years I only saw Jack when I visited Bennington. We always talked about that famous train ride. Rest in peace my friend... Semper Fidelis.
