Edward Struzick Obituary
Eddie was a prolific songwriter, whose career spanned more than 30 years, co-authoring numerous hit songs, including, "Sharing the Night Together" for Dr. Hook and "Falling," recorded by LeBlanc and Carr. Struzick also penned songs for Roy Orbison, Dobie Gray and many more. He was an integral part of the sound that became known around the world as Muscle Shoals music. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and worked with him, but his songs will continue to live on.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Hugh Struzick I.
He is survived by his wife, Judy White Struzick; son, Edward Hugh Struzick III (Trosha); stepson, Jamie Harris (Laura); mother, Evelyn Struzick; brothers, John Struzick (Agnes), Tom Struzick; sisters, Lee Struzick, Laura Struzick and Sheree Heard (Van); and three grandchildren, Ian, Kylee and Hazley.

Our family will greatly miss Eddie. We will especially miss his loving and sharing heart as he would share his vegetables out of his garden and share his time with my family..his neighbors. We love you Eddie.

Laura, Lee, and family, I remember Eddie at SHS, he always had a big smile and wore those little blue glasses. He was a stranger to no one, big hearted, and one thing I remember more than all else was that he loved music. I can see him so clear in my mind.
