Edwin Thomas Cox

In memory of a memorable man. Ed was designated my first party chief when I was employed by the County of Ventura as an engineering aide in the late 70's. I'm sure he didn't realize what was in store, and neither did I. Anyway, some forty years later I remember Ed as a very calm, smart, centered and easy going guy. I enjoyed my time with him immensely and may he rest in peace.
