Edwin G. Devine

On behalf of President/Chief Administrator David Eustis and the entire Northwest Catholic High School community, I offer my very deepest sympathy on the passing of Edwin Devine.

Because his daughter, Lorrie Devine '70, is a treasured member of the NWC community, we feel that Edwin was, too, and we mourn his loss along with all who love him.

Please know that we will remember Edwin and his family in a special way during our daily prayers this week and will pray for him at our next school-wide Mass. We are so very sorry for your loss.

Lorrie, I' ll always remember the first time the girls met your Dad! They were four years old and we were in Florida at Grandma Devines. They had such a good time with him and I have the best picture of the three of them outside playing. We didn't get to see each other often but all the letters he wrote to us and all the telephone calls I always felt like I really knew him and did truly love him as a brother to your Uncle John and a sister-in-law to me. We loved all the birthday card s, newspaper articles and other information he enjoyed sending. He will truly be missed by all of us. Love You, Bonna
