Vernon Jeffs

Vernon Jeffs Vernon Jeffs, 85, of Austin, Texas who was born in Philadelphia, PA on Feb 24th 1928 and departed this life on Sept 17th 2013 after his long battle with cancer. He was resting at home with his wife and love of 54 years at his side. He is survived by his wife, son, and granddaughter. He retired after 21 years from the United States Army and was a veteran of WWII, Korea, and Vietnam and he was Army through and through. There will be a memorial service on Sunday, September 29th from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the VFW Post 3377 at 12921 Lowden Lane, Manchaca, TX 78652.
