EDWIN THOMAS
Of Tampa, was born on August 25, 1940, in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Albert and Josephine Kaslewicz Zuzak. He passed away on October 22, 2014, at Tampa General Hospital at the age of 74. He was a US Army veteran stationed in Germany during his time of service and an electrician, specializing in refrigeration, by trade. In addition to his parents, Edwin was preceded in death by his brother, Albert Zuzak. He is survived by his loving wife, Laverne Elizer Zuzak; son, Ashley Craig and his wife, Kristy Balsanek; granddaughter, Arabella Craig; his brother, Eugene Zuzak and his wife, Betty; and his sister, Ruth Klussman and her husband, Ken. Edwin will be fondly remembered for always being there for his family and friends and his life-long love of fishing. Edwin will be interred in Arlington National Cemetery. Family and friends will hold celebrations of his life in Tampa and Washington, D.C. after the New Year.
